Overview
The cancer therapeutic landscape is constantly evolving, and the toxicity spectrum of many treatments includes cardiovascular disease. Cardio-Oncology is an important aspect in the multidisciplinary care of oncology patients. During this webcast, participants will explore risk factors, screening and management strategies for cancer therapy-related cardiac dysfunction, myocarditis, and hypertension, amyloidosis, as well as Cardio-Oncology referral recommendations.
Target Audience
This CME initiative was designed for oncologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, NPs, PAs, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of patients with cancer.

Dr Jesus Pino Moreno, MD
Dr Jesus Pino Moreno is a Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist at the Queen’s Medical Center and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine. Dr Pino Moreno also serves as the physician Lead of the comprehensive Cardio-Oncology and Cardiac amyloid program at Queen’s Medical Center. Completed his Cardiology fellowship at the University of Miami/JFK Medical Center and advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology fellowship at Yale University/ Yale New Haven hospital.
