Advancing Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) Management
Overview
This Specialist's Roundtable is a 60-minute discussion based program led by specialists in gastroenterology. Expert faculty will review the pathogenesis of EoE, signs, symptoms, and diagnosis of EoE, the latest data for approved and emerging therapies for EoE, and strategies for individualizing treatments in children and adults with EoE. The roundtable will discuss the saftey and efficacy of currently available and emerging therapies for the treatment of EoE.
Learning Objectives
- Review the pathogenesis and progression of eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE).
- Identify signs and symptoms associated with EoE and apply the latest guidelines to facilitate early diagnosis.
- Assess the clinical risk-benefit profile of available and emerging therapies for EoE.
- Apply current guidelines and evidence to individualize treatment plans for patients with EoE.
Target Audience
This activity will target gastroenterologists, including pediatric gastroenterologists as well as nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurse specialists in GI care who treat of patients with EoE.
