Overview
Beyond the Data: Practical Strategies for Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) Selection in ER+ Metastatic Breast Cancer," will equip attendees with practical, clinically relevant strategies for selecting the optimal ADC for individual patients with ER+, endocrine resistant metastatic breast cancer. In this session, we will explore real-world considerations impacting treatment choice, including patient-specific factors, tumor characteristics, and toxicity profiles. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to translate complex data into effective, personalized treatment plans for ER+ metastatic breast cancer resistant to endocrine therapies.

Farah Raheem, PharmD, BCOP is an oncology clinical pharmacist at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona who specializes in breast cancer in the outpatient setting. Farah earned her doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in Tucson Arizona and PGY2 oncology residency training at Indiana University Health. Farah’s clinical research interests encompass breast cancer treatment sequencing and toxicity in real-world settings, supportive care for menopausal symptoms, patient use of medical cannabis and herbal products/supplements, and geriatric oncology. Farah actively participates in various oncology pharmacy organizations and currently serves as the chair for the Oncology Pharmacy Network Southwest Chapter.
